Do you provide any post project support?
Yes, of course. We provide a free-post project support for 2 weeks. Post that, we charge 250 USD/week. However, no design work would be done after your subscription ends.
How does onboarding work?
We will get in touch with you and after you are done with the payment, we will create an Asana board and schedule an onboarding call with you.
How do you handle larger requests?
We will break the tasks down on our end. You can expect good amount of work delivered to you within the first ~48 hours.
