Do you work with early-stage companies or only funded teams?

Early-stage is where the best design decisions get made. There is still room to get things right before they get expensive to change. Funded teams come when the MVP has outgrown its design. They need someone who thinks at scale.

What does a typical engagement look like?

It depends on the stage. Early engagements tend to start with research and architecture. Later-stage work often starts with an audit. Every engagement ends with engineering-ready output - annotated, documented, and ready to build without interpretation.

Do you do design systems?

Design systems are a core part of how we work at Osiflow. We build component libraries, tokens, and documentation. Product teams can maintain and scale without a designer in the room.
